I absolutely loved staying at Villa Xenos in Kalamaki! The studio I stayed in was on the ground floor and had a big patio where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine. The room also had a TV, which was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The furnished balcony was a nice touch too, perfect for sipping my morning coffee.
The only thing I liked less was that the studio didn't have free WiFi. But hey, I guess it's a good opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people to navigate. I especially appreciated the accessibility features such as ramps and handrails, which made it easier for me to move around safely.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in helping senior guests with their luggage or offering additional services specifically catered to their needs.

The studio at Villa Xenos was amazing! It had a big patio and a furnished balcony where I could enjoy the beautiful views.
Personally, I found the size of the studio a bit small. But hey, that's just me!

The studio at Villa Xenos was amazing! It had a big patio where we enjoyed our morning coffees and a TV for late-night movie marathons. The furnished balcony was perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. The room felt cozy and homely, making us feel relaxed and comfortable during our stay. As casual travelers, we couldn't have asked for more.
If I had to pick one thing, I would say that I liked the studio less for not having a private bathroom with a shower. But hey, it's just my personal opinion, and I understand that others may still enjoy it.

The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and working air conditioning. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided me with valuable information about the island. The daily room cleaning and towel changes were a nice touch. I highly recommend this villa for a wonderful stay in Zakynthos.

The studio at Villa Xenos was lovely, with a big patio and a furnished balcony. It felt cozy and comfortable, just the kind of place I like. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, including free WiFi and a well-equipped kitchenette. I could easily cook my own meals. The private bathroom had a shower with 24-hour hot water, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring Zakynthos. The location was convenient, being on the ground floor made it easy to access and the apartment was just 46 sqm, perfect for a solo traveler like me. I also appreciated having air conditioning and complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers in the room. It made me feel well taken care of.
Personally, I would have preferred the apartments to have two bedrooms instead of just one. But that's just my preference, others might still find it spacious enough for their needs.

Great location, close to the airport and beautiful beaches. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing tips on the best beaches and turtle spotting. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything needed. The wifi was reliable and the place was quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.
One downside was the shower, which was a bit small. However, considering the water shortage on the island, it's understandable.

We stayed at Villa Xenos in Zakynthos and had an amazing experience. the host was very kind and took great care of us. When our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather, he went out of his way to call the harbor and provide us with the necessary information. the apartments were spacious and the terrace was absolutely stunning. We also appreciated that the host was easily reachable whenever we needed anything.
